Does anyone here have more information on Lucille Boyd's neighborhood and whether there were any unusual activities reported around the time of her death? I remember reading that many of the elderly victims lived alone, which makes me wonder if their vulnerability was a factor in how they were targeted. It's infuriating to think about how much fear this series of murders must have instilled in the community, especially among older residents. Lucille's case, along with the others, really deserves closure. The community, and especially the families, have endured so much uncertainty and pain over the years. Richmond residents from back in the '90s—do you have any personal memories of the atmosphere in the city at the time? It seems like each detail can shed more light on what happened or might help jog someone's memory about a vital clue we've overlooked.
