I've been following the Mullin case for a while now, and I keep coming back to the moment Kathy unknowingly set off this horrific chain of events by giving Mullin Jim Gianera’s address. It’s haunting to think about those seemingly normal moments that end up being pivotal in tragedies like this. Kathy was just trying to help someone out. It's so painful to think about how her kindness was repaid with such unimaginable violence. My heart goes out to her family and friends who have had to carry the weight of this tragedy for so many years. It’s a reminder of how random and senseless violence can be and how it can impact the lives of so many people. I wish the Francis family peace and hope that sharing their story helps prevent such tragedies in the future.
