Did anyone ever find out more about the security guard who saw Elizabeth at Coral Gables High School the day she disappeared? I'm curious if they checked into his background or if he had any connection to Wilder. It seems like such a crucial piece of her last known movements, and I wonder if anyone has revisited that angle over the years. Given her car was found at the airport, it makes you think about who might have wanted to mislead the investigation. Such a baffling part of this case... I keep hoping for a break in some cold cases like this, even after all these years.
Hey everyone, I was doing some digging on Elizabeth Kenyon's case and came across something that I thought was worth discussing. While everything always seems to point back to Wilder due to their past relationship and his horrifying history, I can’t shake the mention of her car being found at Miami International without a trace of her booking a flight. It's such a peculiar move for someone who obviously didn’t plan to disappear.
I've read about cases where perpetrators tried to mislead investigations by abandoning cars near airports to imply travel. Could Wilder have done this, or was there maybe someone else trying to throw off the scent? It might be a slim chance, but I’m curious if anyone has thoughts or similar theories?
I’ve been thinking about the car situation in Elizabeth Kenyon’s disappearance. It's so strange that Elizabeth's Chrysler convertible ended up at Miami International Airport with no flight booking or travel plans. It's like the car was staged there to throw off investigators, but it doesn’t make any sense why someone would do that. If Wilder was indeed involved, could it have been part of his plan to confuse the trail? I know he was known to manipulate situations and people. Also, does anyone know if there were any fingerprints or other evidence found in or around the car that might have pointed in another direction? It’s so frustrating that even with a prime suspect, there was still so much left unresolved after all these years. Would love to hear if anyone has more insights or theories on the significance of the car being left there.
