I’ve been thinking a lot about the psychological background of Michael Wayne McGray and how certain warning signs might have been missed over the years. From what I've read, he had quite an extensive history with violent crimes even before this horrific event. It makes me wonder how many chances there were for intervention by authorities or even people around him that could have possibly prevented these tragedies. It's unsettling to think how someone like him could slip through the cracks time and time again. I'd also like to acknowledge the unimaginable pain that Joan and Nina's family must still feel. Nobody should have to endure such a devastating loss. This case is a grim reminder of the need for systemic changes in how we deal with known violent offenders. How do you all think we could improve this?
