Has anyone else been following the Michael Owen O'Brien case from 2014? I read somewhere that he was involved in an altercation before being shot. It seems unusual that there aren't more details about what led up to this tragic event. It's such a loss for his family and friends, especially when it feels like answers are hard to come by.
