I’ve been following the developments in Susan Hallman’s case, and my heart goes out to her family and friends—I can’t begin to imagine their pain. One thing I’ve been really curious about is how the pets Susan cherished have been affected by this tragedy. From everything that’s been shared, it’s clear she adored them as much as family, and I hope they’re being cared for during this difficult time. Animals often get overlooked in situations like these, but their loss and confusion are real. Has there been any word on their whereabouts or who might have taken them in? Knowing how much Susan valued them, it’d be a small comfort to hear they’re being looked after properly.
