I was just thinking about how deeply this must be affecting the entire community, especially at Massaponax High School. It’s unimaginable to think that something so senseless could happen to someone so young, right before what should have been a joyful time with prom and graduation. I can’t help but feel for Michael's friends and family as they navigate this nightmare. His involvement in sports shows he was such an active part of the student body. I hope his friends find some solace in memories of the times they shared on the field and beyond. It's a sad reminder of how quickly things can take a tragic turn. Does anyone know if the school or community is planning any tributes in his memory? I think it would be important for everyone to come together to honor his life.
