I can't stop thinking about Byron Gardner's military service. It truly takes a special kind of person to serve their country, and it sounds like Byron carried that same dedication and selflessness into his civilian life. It's devastating to see someone who has given so much to others have their life cut short in such a senseless manner. The fact that there are still no arrests and no clear answers must be incredibly frustrating for those who knew him. I'm hoping the investigation sees some progress soon so his family, especially his children, can get some closure. It's crucial for us as a community to support them and keep pushing for justice. Byron's story shouldn't end this way.
