I just can’t wrap my head around how a 13-year-old got hold of a weapon. Maybe it's the mom in me, but this whole situation breaks my heart. I can't stop thinking about Ethan’s family, especially his mom, Monica. Losing a child is something no parent should ever have to go through.
Ethan seemed like such a bright soul, with so much promise in music and his ROTC activities. His passion must have been so contagious to those around him.
