I can't stop thinking about the fact that Percy Howard was in a wheelchair when this awful act occurred. It's incredibly distressing to imagine someone being so vulnerable and still facing such violence. My thoughts are with his family and friends who must be grappling with this senseless tragedy. I wonder if there was any surveillance footage around Fair Park that might have captured crucial evidence. Hopefully, it can shed more light on what happened that morning. It’s commendable that the Dallas PD made an arrest, but I'm really hoping they uncover more about the motive soon. It's hard to find peace without understanding the "why" behind these actions.

Has anyone else noticed how densely populated Fair Park is with CCTV cameras? I’m really curious about why it took until April 25 to make an arrest. It seems like this area would have ample video surveillance that could’ve shortened the timeline. Surely there were cameras that captured something useful around the time when Mr. Howard was tragically shot. I can't imagine the anguish his family must be feeling right now. It makes me wonder if these CCTV systems are even being checked thoroughly or if they’re fully operational. I hope there's a thorough review of everything available because every piece of evidence could be crucial. Did anyone hear if the footage led directly to Garrett Hudgens’ arrest, or was it something else?
