Something that's been on my mind about Dewey's tragic passing is the location of the shooting. The 900 block of Seibel Lane doesn't seem like the kind of place where you'd expect something this devastating to happen. I grew up nearby, and while the neighborhood has had its ups and downs, it's always felt like a community that looks out for one another. It's chilling to think that a drive-by could happen here. I'm wondering if anyone else from the area has thoughts on this or if there's been any noticeable change in the neighborhood leading up to the incident. It just doesn't add up in my head. I hope the community can come together to help the authorities find whoever is responsible for taking Dewey from his family and friends. They deserve answers and justice. If anyone has any info, please reach out to the authorities. We all need to look out for each other, now more than ever.

I've been following the tragic events from January 21 in West Price Hill quite closely, and my heart really goes out to Dewey's family and friends during this incredibly painful time. I can't imagine the depth of their loss. It’s truly chilling to think about how something as everyday as driving past a familiar street can suddenly become the scene of such violence. It raises so many questions for me. What could have possibly been the motive? Was this random, or was there something specific that prompted this horrific act? The fact that the other victim is still recovering is at least one silver lining, but it doesn’t take away the pain of losing Dewey. I hope the community rallies together to support his family. If you happen to be from the area or know something that could help, don't hesitate to reach out to the authorities. Perhaps just one piece of info could bring some closure to everyone involved.
