I've been reading up on Adam Hecht's case, and one aspect that's been sticking with me is the state in which his rental car was found. Abandoned in Beverly Hills, just sitting there with the keys in the ignition and his wallet full of cash and credit cards inside. It's puzzling. Was he planning to come back, or did he leave abruptly under duress? The fact that his wallet was undisturbed makes me wonder if it was meant to be a message or if he genuinely didn’t expect to be away long. If someone took him against his will, wouldn’t they have taken the cash at least? There’s so much unsaid in these little details, but unfortunately, they seem to lead nowhere definitive. What do you guys think could have happened during those moments before he disappeared?
