I recently came across an update on the tragic events at Blakewell Lane, and I can't stop thinking about the community impact this must have had. It's so unsettling when something like this happens so close to home. Antwan and Harold were more than just victims of a senseless act—they were part of a community, with families and friends left to grapple with the aftermath of their loss. I noticed that Colbert admitted to his role in the crime—driving the SUV and meeting up with the unidentified person. It's one thing to read about these facts in a report, but it's another to think about what drives someone to get involved in such a horrific act. There's a lot of focus on the legal proceedings here, but I hope there's also support being offered to the family members and neighbors who are picking up the pieces after such a violent event. They deserve answers and as much peace as can be found after something so awful. Let's keep them in our thoughts and hope the investigation brings some clarity and justice for Antwan and Harold.
