It's truly tragic what happened to Conrad Rozier in the East Hills neighborhood. My thoughts are with his sister Shamone and all the people close to him as they face this painful loss. What caught my attention is how common robberies like this seem to be becoming around Pittsburgh. It makes me wonder, is the community involved in discussions about how to address these violent crimes? It just seems like we need more initiatives to tackle the root causes of this violence. What are others in the area doing to feel safer, or to stop this from happening again? It's a real challenge to find a balance between grieving, supporting those affected, and pushing for change, but it's important. If anyone has suggestions on how to get involved, please share.
