Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Gene Frederick's tragic death, and my thoughts go out to his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. I've been particularly interested in the role of the Ring doorbell in this incident. From what I gather, it seems like Gene was in the process of installing the doorbell when everything went down. Isn't it eerie to think about how a small piece of tech that so many of us have can be connected to such a tragic event? I wonder if the doorbell was operational enough to capture any footage that might help investigators piece together what happened. It just goes to show the unexpected ways technology can intersect with our lives—and sometimes, our deaths. If anyone has thoughts or insights on this, I'd be curious to hear what you think. Stay safe, everyone.
