I've been following the Turner case, and my heart goes out to the family and friends affected by this tragedy. It's hard to wrap my head around the idea that someone could harm their own parents. I wanted to talk about something that struck me — the couple's long and happy marriage. 67 years together in what seemed like a loving partnership is such a rarity these days. It makes this situation even sadder, knowing they shared so many memories and adventures, especially those cherished trips to places like Alaska and Laughlin. It's clear they were deeply loved and respected by those who knew them. If you ask me, their lives should be celebrated, not overshadowed by the violence they experienced. I'm holding their loved ones in my thoughts, hoping they find the strength to celebrate the happy moments that defined Beverly and Paul's lives.
