Has anyone looked into the alleged whistleblowing activities related to Barry James Sheridan's disappearance? If Sheridan really intended to report illegal sludge dumping by Moran Towing, there could be people who wanted to silence him. I read that whistleblowers in similar situations have faced intimidation or worse. It makes me wonder if the investigation into Moran Towing's activities was thorough enough. Could there have been others at the company who were aware of his plans? It's haunting to think someone might go this far just to prevent someone from coming forward.
