Has anyone else delved into the timeline of events on the night Colton was shot? I'm trying to piece things together, but it's not easy. It's so tragic that someone with so much love for music and his family would meet such a senseless end. I read somewhere that he had recently been spending a lot of his time with his little brother, Carter, trying to guide him on the right path. I also wonder about the location; a business parking lot in that area after midnight could mean a lot of things. There are usually people still out and about around then, right? It's just hard to believe no one saw or heard anything prior to the gunshots. The timing and location seem significant, but maybe I’m reading too much into it. My heart goes out to his grandmothers, especially. Losing someone so young is unimaginable. I'm just hoping justice is served swiftly for his family and loved ones. Does anyone else have any insights or thoughts on this?

I can't stop thinking about Colton's love for music and how he shared it with everyone around him. It's deeply saddening to think that such a vibrant soul who found joy in every note is no longer with us. Music was his language, and it’s clear from what his friends and family have shared that his passion touched many lives. I can't imagine how tough this must be for his kids, Braylon and Tae’Zon, growing up without their father to sing to them or teach them the songs he wrote from his heart. I hope that through all this darkness, the community can come together and hold onto the sound of Colton's music. His spirit lives on in every melody he left behind and in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. If anyone's attended his life celebration at Olive Branch Baptist Church, I'd love to hear how people honored his legacy. Let's keep sharing stories of the good times and let his memory continue to bring people together. My thoughts are with his family during this incredibly difficult time.
