Hey everyone, I wanted to talk about something that hasn't been discussed much concerning Frederick Riggs's case. Has anyone else looked into the reported sightings of him in neighboring towns right after he went missing? I find it strange that a couple of people claimed to have seen him, but nothing came from these reports. Were these leads properly followed up on back then, and if so, why wasn't any information released to the public? It just seems odd to me that these sightings were mentioned early on and then never brought up again. Could they have been mistaken identity, or do you think there's a chance he actually made it to those areas? I’d love to hear what others think or know about this aspect—it might help in piecing things together.

Does anyone else find it eerie how Frederick's car was found perfectly parked just a few blocks from his last known location? It's as if he had planned to step out for just a moment, but then never made it back. The fact that his vehicle wasn't tampered with or left in a rush makes me wonder if he met someone he knew and trusted. It's such an odd detail that doesn't quite fit the accident theory in my mind. With so many people involved in the search and still no answers, it's like something or someone must have been missed. Anyone else have thoughts on this? Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it just feels like it should have provided more clues.

Hey all, I've been following Frederick Riggs's case since seeing a flyer in a diner a while back, and one aspect that's often overlooked is his love for volunteering. I recently found out from a friend who grew up in Smithfield that Frederick was super involved with a local wildlife rescue group. Apparently, he spent a lot of his free time helping rehabilitate injured animals. It got me thinking, could this be a clue? Did he happen to mention to anyone he was planning a special trip related to that, maybe with someone from the group? Just seems odd that such a prominent part of his life isn't more discussed in what's been reported. Maybe it's nothing, but I can't help but wonder if there's more to it... Anyone else heard similar things or know more about his volunteering network?
