Does anyone have more information about the area where Sandra was found? Spencer Street near Lyell Avenue sounds like it has some challenges, judging by other incidents I've read about in Rochester. Was this neighborhood known for being particularly dangerous, or was this just a tragic, isolated case? It makes me wonder about the environment and if there were any other aspects that might have contributed to this horrible incident. My heart goes out to Sandra's family, especially her daughter. It's so unfair for someone so young to lose their mother this way.
