Does anyone have more information about John Pena's background? I'm curious about his connection to the foster home and how he ended up leaving with the missing person. I did a bit of digging and couldn't find much about him. Are there any local reports or details from Fresno that might shed some light on his character or history? It seems like understanding his role could be crucial in figuring out what might have happened on their way to Riverside. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
