Hey everyone,
I've been following Kimble Evans' case and something that's really been sticking with me is the presence of that firearm in his lap at the time of the crash. I can't help but wonder why it was there in the first place. It's so unusual to think about why someone would have a loaded gun unsecured in their lap while driving. Could it have been for self-defense, or is there a chance it was simply overlooked when he got in the car?
The part that really hits me is considering what he might have been going through in those moments or what he thought was happening around him. The whole situation seems so complex and tragic, especially for his family who are left without any clear answers about his final moments. I truly hope the ongoing investigation sheds light on this aspect so that everyone affected can have some clarity and hopefully find peace with what happened.
What are your thoughts on why someone would have a gun in their lap like that?

Kimble was an ex of mine so I have too been following this case trying to wrap my head around EVERY possibility. He did have road rage and loved to drive fast. I wonder if he had gotten into something with someone on the road and let it get the best of him. I’m speaking with a family friend cop on Tuesday to see more about the official case. This eats me alive daily. He never drove with his gun on his lap when I was around so it’s strange he did it in this instance. Maybe it was a new habit? But that doesn’t seem likely. I wonder truly what happened that night. He was so close to his exit off the interstate back home. It makes no sense there would be a single entry right through the head unless intentional? How could it fire off of his lap and into his head ? He was a tall guy after all. I don’t know, I hate this whole case. I wish we knew what happened and what caused it .

How did your conversation go? Any insights? This is awful.
