I've been following the case of Jorre Hadley since it first made the news, and I can't stop thinking about her little boy. I can't imagine the confusion and pain he's going through without his mom. I read that Jorre was at a Mother's Day service, and it's clear she was adored by her community. It's sickening that she was taken so soon. This senseless act of violence is another tragic reminder of the issues plaguing our city.
I hope Deandre Miller is apprehended quickly so Jorre's family can begin to find some semblance of peace. In the meantime, it’s encouraging to see the local church and community stepping up to offer support to her son and family. If anyone knows how we can help or contribute to any fundraisers or memorials in her honor, please share. We need to stand together to prevent more innocent lives from being lost.
I've been following the case of Jorre Hadley, and I can't stop thinking about the last few moments of her day. Attending the Mother's Day service with her son at Unfailing Love Christian Church must have been such a special moment for her. It's so hard to imagine the shift from such a joyful family event to the tragic events later that evening. Jorre seemed to have touched many in her church community, and it sounds like she was a beacon of light to those around her. I've read accounts of how moved people were by her presence, particularly during the memorial segment. My thoughts truly go out to her friends, family, and especially her young son, who will grow up without his mother. How does a community help a child in this situation? If there's any way people can come together to support them, I hope we can find it.
