I can’t stop thinking about the ripple effect this tragedy will have on Jeramiah and Daquan’s friends and family. It’s hard to fathom how their loved ones are coping right now. I came across the fundraiser for Jeramiah’s funeral and it's just a stark reminder of the realities these families face in the aftermath of such violence. These guys were incredibly young, with their whole futures ahead of them. I hope the community rallies around their families during this time to offer some form of support. Also, if anyone in the neighborhood has the slightest bit of information that could help solve this case, it’s crucial to come forward. Something has to be done to bring those responsible to justice, and it starts with community cooperation. My thoughts are with their families and everyone affected by this senseless act.
