I've been trying to wrap my head around the tragic loss of little Lavari Arouni, and something keeps sticking with me—the sheer randomness of this act. This kid was just sleeping, dreaming, and suddenly he's gone. It makes me wonder if there could be any possible motive or if it's just a case of mistaken identity or even a random act of violence. I can't imagine what his family is going through right now, having to deal with the loss and the fear that comes with not knowing why this happened or if it could happen again.
