Did anyone else notice that there hasn't been much mention of any witnesses to the shooting of Mark Howell? It's just so unsettling. In a busy place like South Michigan Avenue, there must have been people around who saw or heard something, right? I really hope folks come forward to help solve this. It's just so tragic what his family must be going through without those answers. If anyone reading this was in the area or knows anything, even the smallest detail could be crucial. Let's hope justice is served soon. My thoughts are with Mark's family and friends during this unimaginable time.
