Hello everyone, I’m wondering if anyone has looked into the area where Rafaela Hays was last seen back in 1995. San Diego has changed so much over the years, and I can't help but think that the neighborhoods might hold some clues that weren't apparent back then. I came across a few articles about missing persons who were found years later because a construction or renovation project uncovered new evidence. Since Rafaela was last seen on April 1, maybe street cameras or businesses might have captured something, even by accident. I know it’s a long shot, but revisiting locations with a fresh pair of eyes and today’s technology could possibly bring new insights. Has there ever been an initiative to take another look at the places she was known to visit, using current resources? ?️♀️ Every small detail counts when trying to piece together what happened, and sometimes it's the simplest observation that makes a world of difference. Take care, everyone!
