I was reading about the sad passing of Paul Colombo and felt compelled to join the discussion. I came across a photo of him doing what he loved—fishing—and it got me thinking about the importance of passion in our lives. It’s so tragic that his life ended this way, but it’s a small comfort to know he had something that brought him joy. Being out on the water must have been a peaceful escape for him, and I hope his family can find solace in the happy memories they shared with him. My thoughts are with his daughters, Samantha and Christina, and the rest of his family during this difficult time. It’s never easy to say goodbye, especially under such circumstances.

Just read about the sad news of Paul Colombo's passing at the Boca Plaza Hotel. I keep thinking about the hotel employee who stumbled upon the scene. I can't even begin to imagine how shocking and traumatic that must have been for them. Hotel staff often go about their routine without thinking they'll encounter something like this. They probably remember Paul from his stay and holding his luggage, never expecting it would end this way. My thoughts are with them too, as well as Paul's family. It's a tough situation for everyone involved. If anyone has stayed in the Boca area recently or has heard anything else locally about the safety at these hotels, I'd love to hear more about it.
