I’ve been following the details of Christopher Iglesia’s case, and I just keep thinking about the staff and other patrons who witnessed the whole thing go down. It must have been an incredibly traumatic experience for everyone present. Being in a public place, celebrating the new year, and then suddenly finding yourself in the middle of a tragic event like this is unimaginable. I wonder how many of them had interactions with Christopher and Steve before it all unfolded. It’s a reminder that life can change in a blink, and my thoughts are with everyone who had their lives touched by this horrible incident, especially both families who must be grappling with such a complex range of emotions. Does anyone happen to know if the restaurant has spoken out or taken any action following this tragedy?
