It's beyond difficult to wrap my head around what happened at Martin’s Supermarket. My heart goes out to the families of Benjamin Jeffery and Annasue Rocha during this unimaginably tough time. I've been thinking a lot about Benjamin and his incredible resilience after losing his wife and children in that house fire back in 2001. It's devastating that he was taken just when he was trying to share his healing process with the world through his book on grief. I'm really hoping that his family can carry on with his work in his memory. Such a senseless act impacting lives in such profound ways. Also, thoughts and prayers for the officers who bravely responded. Anyone else feel this deep sense of loss even if they didn't know the victims personally?
