Hey sleuths, something's been bugging me about the Thomas John McGinn case. Has anyone else looked into the area where his car was found, specifically Bull Frog Lake? It's not that far from urban areas, but that spot's always seemed a bit eerie to me. I read that there was an old trailhead not too far from where the Chevy was found, but I'm not sure how well-traveled it was back in the 90s. Does anyone have any insight or local knowledge about what that area was like back then? Just curious if it's been looked into thoroughly, or if maybe there's something there that doesn't show up in regular searches. ✌️

Does anyone remember hearing about Thomas John McGinn's case back in the 90s? I’ve been looking into missing person cases from my area and stumbled across his story. One detail that stood out to me was his car being found near Bull Frog Lake. That seems like such a random spot, and it makes me wonder if there’s any significance to that location. Was it just a place he went often, or could it possibly hold more clues about what might have happened to him? It feels like there could be more to the story regarding that particular area. If anyone’s familiar with the region or has any theories, I’d love to hear your thoughts. I still can’t believe he hasn’t been found after all this time.
