Has anyone heard whether there were any witnesses around the area when Kevin Rivera was shot? It's so distressing to think someone could do this and just vanish without anyone seeing anything. I read somewhere that the neighborhood has a lot of people coming and going, which makes me wonder if someone saw something and just hasn’t come forward yet. I can't imagine what Kevin's family is going through right now, not knowing who or why. I really hope anyone with even the smallest piece of info reaches out to the police.
