Does anyone have any info or insight into Don Lewis's financial dealings around the time he vanished? I've been digging into some old records and it's odd how his business interests were so diverse and spread out, particularly in Costa Rica. Could there be something or someone in his financial circles that might have played a role in this? With the huge investments and assets, it just makes me wonder if maybe there was something brewing under the surface that hasn't been uncovered yet. Would love to hear from folks who might have knowledge or experience in real estate transactions back in the '90s, especially international deals, to see if this angle might shed some light on his mysterious disappearance.

I was digging into Jack "Don" Lewis's case and found something curious about the van they discovered at Pilot Country Airport. It was a 1989 Dodge model, and I can't help but wonder why he left the keys inside. Were they meant for someone else to find? Or was it staged to look like he took off in a hurry? It's baffling that no other clues were found within or near the vehicle, especially at a private airfield. Given Don's aviation background, it's entirely possible he could've had plans to fly out, though his pilot's license was suspended. Has anyone else looked into whether he still had access to a plane that day? It's strange that there's no trace even after all these years. Thoughts?

Anyone else find it strange that Don Lewis's van was left at the Pilot Country Airport? It’s such a small, private airfield. If he was planning to go somewhere by plane (despite his suspended license), why not leave it at a larger airport or airstrip he had access to? Plus, leaving the keys inside seems odd for someone who supposedly fled. I wonder if this points more to him not planning on needing the van again... or nobody planning for him to need it. Could it have been staged to look like he left on his own? ? Just some late night thoughts when I probably should be sleeping!
