Hey everyone, I've been trying to wrap my head around the tragic loss of Jaiden Gardfrey. Living so close to where this all happened, it really hits home. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family, especially his mom, Candis, must be going through right now. One thing that puzzles me is the role technology played in this tragedy. I mean, the mentions of threatening voice messages... It's crazy how quickly words over a phone can escalate to something so devastating. It makes me think about how important it is to address conflicts seriously, even if they're "just" through technology. What do you all think? In situations like these, could more awareness or prevention efforts around digital threats possibly help de-escalate tense situations before they spiral out of control? Thanks for letting me share. My thoughts are with the Gardfrey family.
