I’ve been following the tragic case of Hector Tena, and something that stands out to me is the lack of community response so far. It's deeply concerning that there haven't been any public vigils or memorials announced yet in La Puente. I hope this doesn’t mean his story is slipping through the cracks. This community has faced so much pain due to violence, and it seems like a moment when coming together could really make a difference. Has anyone heard if there are plans for any gatherings to honor his memory? It feels essential to acknowledge his life and support his family in this time. Let's hope more efforts are made to rally the community so his legacy is not forgotten.
