It’s so incredibly tragic what happened to Hai’Lee Savage. My heart goes out to her family and friends who now have to live with this unimaginable loss. I’ve been thinking a lot about how her community is coping and the impact this has on everyone, especially other young people in the area. It’s deeply unsettling to consider the fear they must feel, knowing that something so horrific could happen in their neighborhood, a place that should feel safe.
I’ve read a few discussions here and elsewhere, and it seems like there’s a lot of frustration about the lack of leads in the case so far. It’s crucial that the community comes together to support each other during this difficult time and to help authorities however they can. If anyone has information, no matter how small it might seem, please come forward. The more people speak up, the closer we can get to bringing justice for Hai’Lee. Sending strength to everyone affected.
I can't stop thinking about the impact this tragedy must have on Hai’Lee Savage's friends and classmates. At just 13, she was a part of her community in so many ways—probably sharing laughs at lunch, thinking about her future, just being a kid. I can only imagine how her peers must be feeling right now, and my heart truly goes out to them. It's difficult to wrap my mind around the loss of someone so young who had much life ahead. I hope that by coming together, both as a community and online, we can offer some comfort to those affected. Hopefully, the investigation will bring answers soon, and justice will be served for this promising young girl.
