It's so hard to believe that Zaire lost his life on the very same block as his brother Zion. My heart goes out to their family. It's just unimaginable, the kind of pain they must be experiencing. This cycle of violence in Wilmington feels relentless, and no family should have to endure such tragedy, especially twice. I can't help but wonder if the community feels any more urgency to address this after losing Zaire. Pastor D seems to be speaking out loud and clear, but when will it make a difference? We've seen talks about revenge killings and their devastating impact, but how can these words turn into action? It feels like the same story repeats with no resolution in sight. Hoping Detective Haines can find some answers soon. If you know anything, please consider coming forward, even if it’s just a small detail. Another senseless act of violence like this shouldn't stand unchallenged. Let's hope justice prevails for Zaire and his family.

Has anyone else been following the news about Zaire Davis-Shelton? It's so devastating what happened to him and his family. I can't even begin to imagine the pain of losing not one but two sons, especially in such a terrible way and in the same place. The whole situation with this street makes it feel like there's this dark cloud hanging over the community. It was the same spot where his twin Zion was killed just a few years back. What's going on there? I've seen Pastor D out there really trying to rally the community and bring some awareness to the violence that's been plaguing Wilmington. I think this cycle of violence and vengeance they're talking about really hits home here. It's just so senseless. Hopefully, the police are able to find some answers soon, and maybe people in the area can come together to try and break this cycle. My thoughts are with Zaire’s family. They deserve justice and some peace. If anyone has more updates or thoughts on the impact this might have on the community, I’d love to hear them.
