It's truly devastating to read about the passing of Vanessa Whyte, especially under such tragic circumstances. My heart goes out to her family and friends right now. I was particularly struck by how the community seems to be rallying together, with the GoFundMe set up by Miranda Navarro. It's a testament to how loved Vanessa was. I know that asking for help can be so difficult in times of grief, but it's beautiful to see people coming together to support her family. On a side note, does anyone else find it concerning how the number of homicides in Colorado Springs has risen this year? I wonder what factors could be contributing to this increase. We've got to keep our communities safe and support each other more than ever in these challenging times.
