I've been following Travis Holbert's case for a while now and can't help but feel for his loved ones who must be struggling with so many unanswered questions. I just read an article mentioning there were several people nearby when the shooting occurred, but it's frustrating to think nobody has come forward with info that could lead to an arrest. I wonder if fear of retaliation is keeping people silent. If that’s the case, I truly hope the Omaha PD can assure witnesses that they will be protected. Travis’s family deserves closure, and it feels like anything could break the case wide open. If anyone here knows about the support systems or anonymous tips line in Omaha, could you share some info? Maybe we can circulate it more widely to ensure that people know there are safe ways to share any information they might have.
Hi everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the case of Travis Holbert lately, and something that stands out to me is the location of the shooting. The area around 33rd and Burdette Streets is pretty residential, right? It makes me wonder if anyone might have captured something on their home security cameras that night. It was around 3 a.m., and while that seems late, there are always some folks with unusual schedules, early morning jobs, or maybe just night owls who might have noticed something odd.
I feel for Travis's family and friends who are still waiting for answers. It must be so tough not having closure. Hopefully, there's someone out there with a bit of information, maybe even an old recording they forgot about, that could finally bring some leads in this case.
If anyone remembers anything unusual from that night, even if it seems insignificant, it could really help. Let's keep Travis in our thoughts and hope that justice can still be served.
Take care, everyone.
