Hey everyone, I've been diving into the case of Rufino Montalvo a bit more recently, and something has been bugging me. Does anyone else find it strange how there were no reported sightings or unusual activities in the neighborhood around the time he went missing? You'd think that in a community like Perth Amboy, someone would have noticed an older gentleman like Rufino, especially since he was known around the area. Were there any events or incidents happening on December 3, 2000, that might have overshadowed his disappearance and delayed reporting? I just can't help but wonder if there's something more here that slipped through the cracks due to some distraction at that time. Any locals here who remember 2000 and might have more context on the community's environment back then? Every little detail could help piece together what happened that day. Thanks!
