I’ve been following Raul Gonzalez's case and it’s truly gut-wrenching to think about the pain his family endured for over 30 years without answers. I was reading recently about how Raul's murder was eventually tied to Jose Manuel Martinez, and it makes me think about how critical advancements in investigation techniques can be. It’s remarkable how, even decades later, justice can be served. Raul was so young, just starting his life—what a tragedy. Knowing that his family finally has some closure after Martinez's confession is a small solace, although it doesn't bring Raul back. I hope other cold cases can find similar resolutions with modern forensic methods and persistent detectives. What are your thoughts on how many other unsolved cases might be waiting for a breakthrough like this?
