I was scanning through the details of Richard Ramos' case, and something caught my attention. Has anyone looked into the tattoos he had? Specifically, the one with the name "Liz" on his right chest. I'm wondering if "Liz" could have been a significant person in his life. Maybe a friend, relative, or partner? If she knew him, she might have some insights that aren't on the public record. It's been over two decades, so perhaps there are people who were in his circle back then who haven't been thoroughly reached out to, or maybe someone from Liz's own circle has details worth exploring. Just a thought as to how we might be able to generate new leads, even after all these years. If anyone has ideas on how to pursue this angle, it might be worth discussing.

Hey everyone, I've been looking into Richard "Rick" Ramos's case, and something struck me as odd. I was reading through some old local news archives from around the time he vanished, and I noticed they made very little mention of his tattoos.
