I was rereading some articles about Nancy Lagerquist's case and noticed something that piqued my curiosity. Nancy was a resident at the Riverside Health Care Facility when she was tragically killed. From what I gather, this wasn't exactly a place with high turnover, but there were likely some staff and other residents who might have had some insights or seen something odd leading up to her murder. Has anyone looked into the accounts from the workers or other residents during that time? I'm wondering if there were any reports of unusual behavior or visitors who seemed out of place before her and Bertha Scott's deaths. It's just hard to fathom how both crimes could happen without anyone noticing potential red flags. Thoughts?

Hey everyone, I've been diving into the unsolved case of Nancy Lagerquist lately and can't shake the eeriness surrounding it. One aspect that keeps nagging at me is the lack of visible security measures at the Riverside Health Care Facility back in 1990. With Nancy and Bertha Scott's deaths happening in such close succession, does anyone else find it odd that there wasn’t more scrutiny on how such breaches could occur? Given that both victims were elderly and in the care of this facility, it’s baffling to me how someone could have committed such heinous acts without being seen or heard. Were there no security personnel, cameras, or even routine checks that might have caught suspicious activity? My heart goes out to the families and friends of Nancy and Bertha. Their grief must be compounded by decades of silence and uncertainty. If anyone has more insights into the facility's operations around that time, it could really help piece together what might have gone wrong here. Let's hope sharing our thoughts might still lead to justice.
