Hey everyone, I've been digging into Riccardo "Rickey" Bowers' case and have found something interesting about the area where he was last seen. Locust Street, where Rickey reportedly jumped into the river, is actually quite close to a number of businesses and parks. It's surprising how there weren't more witnesses or anyone who might've seen what happened next. Also, considering it was broad daylight, someone should have noticed, right? Does anyone from Des Moines remember any unusual activity around there at that time? It just seems odd that nothing turned up in the search, especially with an area that's so publicly accessible. Thoughts?
