I've been following the Estes case for a while now, and my heart goes out to everyone involved—especially his family, who deserved closure so long ago. Something that's been bugging me about all this is the role of the unidentified accomplice Lunz mentioned. Who could this person be, and why haven't they come forward? It’s unsettling to think someone might still be out there holding pieces of the puzzle that could bring some peace to those affected. If Lunz was telling the truth about an accomplice, it makes me wonder if authorities have any leads or if they're left in the dark like the rest of us. I hope, for the sake of everyone who knew Estes, this person comes to light someday. It's tough to grasp how many lives have been upended by this tragedy, and I can only imagine what his family is going through without any concrete answers.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Estes case for a while, and something about it just keeps tugging at me. I can't help but feel for his family and the people affected by his alleged crimes—it's just a tragic and complex situation all around. I was reading through some of the case files again, and one question that keeps popping up for me is regarding Lunz's mental state. It’s clear he had a strong vendetta against child molesters, as made evident by his actions both before and during his time in prison. Given this, I find it puzzling how he was able to orchestrate not one, but multiple murders, including his father’s, without drawing attention to his unstable mindset earlier on. What do you guys think? Was it a failure of the system in recognizing the threat he posed or maybe something else? I just can’t shake the feeling that there were opportunities to notice red flags in his behavior before things escalated to such a tragic level. Would love to hear your thoughts.
