Hi everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Sarah G. Brown and the unimaginable pain her friends and family must have felt for decades, not knowing what happened to her. What has really struck me about her case is the whole aspect of how easily lives can be overlooked. It’s heartbreaking how many victims like Sarah slipped through the cracks, initially written off as an unsolvable mystery.
One detail that resonates with me is how her purse was found on Carrollton Avenue. I can't help but wonder if anyone saw her after she left the restaurant. Did she bump into someone she knew or someone who pretended to know her? There must be people out there who saw something that night but maybe didn’t realize its significance.
I'm hoping that with all of Samuel Little’s confessions, some missing pieces will eventually fall into place — if only to give Sarah's loved ones some sense of closure. I can’t begin to imagine what living with such uncertainty must be like. If anyone has insight into how these cold cases are reviewed by the authorities, especially cases connected to Little’s confession, I'd be interested to learn more.
Thinking of Sarah’s family and everyone else affected by this case. Let's hope for a breakthrough someday.
Stay safe, everyone.
