Has anyone else been following the Fredonia Smith case? It’s truly a complex and painful story. I can't stop thinking about how difficult it must have been for her brother, Eddie. Imagine having suspicions for decades, only to find out it was someone completely different— and it turned out to be Samuel Little, of all people. It just goes to show how deceptive appearances can be and how these perpetrators can hide in plain sight. I read that Eddie struggled with forgiveness, which is completely understandable. Being in that kind of limbo for so long must leave scars that never fully heal. It’s a small solace that they got answers eventually, but it’s deeply saddening to think about all those years her family endured without them. Sending thoughts of strength to Eddie and any remaining family members who continue to live with this heavy history. Have any others here shared similar experiences with family cases that seemed they'd never be solved?
