The fact that they alerted authorities early on, despite nothing appearing to be missing from her place, shows how well they knew her and sensed something was wrong. It's a reminder of how important it is to trust your instincts when it comes to your loved ones. It's sobering to think about the emotional toll these years of uncertainty and pain must have had on them. I'm glad they were able to get some answers, even though it can't truly heal the loss.
