I was recently reading about Edith Johnson's case, and something that's really unsettling to me is the way her murder has sort of faded into the background over the years. It's so important that we keep talking about Edith and other potential victims of Leaver, even decades later. Just because there's no conclusive evidence linking him directly to Edith’s murder doesn’t mean we should forget her or her case. It makes me wonder if maybe there were more indirect connections, like acquaintances or habits of Leaver that haven't been explored enough. Did anyone in that community notice unusual behavior or recurring patterns at the time? If we could gather even a small piece of the puzzle, it might help us connect the dots. My thoughts and prayers go out to Edith's family and friends who have been left without closure for too long. It's crucial that Edith and others like her are remembered and that we continue to search for answers, however small they might seem.

I was reading about Edith Johnson's case, and something that struck me was how easily the potential connection to Frank J. Leaver seems to get overshadowed by his conviction for other crimes. It's frustrating that, despite the circumstantial evidence suggesting he might be involved, there's still no closure for Edith's family. The fact that Leaver used different methods for his crimes makes it even more complex, and I can't help but wonder if that's why it’s so hard to pin him to Edith’s murder. It’s just awful knowing her loved ones have had to live with this uncertainty for so many years. I really hope that advancements in forensic technology might someday bring new evidence to light, even if it seems like a long shot after all this time. Just thinking about all the families affected by these unresolved cases is really sobering.
