With Leaver's known history and the stark similarities between the cases, it’s so frustrating that concrete ties couldn't be established to bring Judy's family the closure they desperately needed. I’m curious if anyone has come across any discussions or theories regarding missed opportunities in evidence collection back then. Could there have been more that tied him to her case, or was it simply the limitations of the time? My heart goes out to her family, who undoubtedly deserved justice.
